Once you join, your application is processed instantly. We allocate you a place in an e-Lottery Syndicate (or two Syndicates if you elect to play both ‘UK’ and ‘Euro’). We send you an email confirming your Syndicate numbers and the date of the first draw(s) in which you will be entered, along with your website address, membership number and password. These enable you to access your Member website and your Member Account statement.

The UK Lotto Game is drawn twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and the EuroMillions Game, once a week on Fridays. We publish the results of each draw on your website’s home page, showing draw date, prize breakdown and total prize fund. You also have access to our complete archive of draw results. Should you wish to check the results independently, you will find them on the UK National Lottery website.

After each draw your syndicate numbers are checked and winnings calculated by computer. This amount is automatically credited to your Member Account, which is accessible 24 hours a day.

Your online Member Account statement lists all your individual wins and at the end of each 4-week Playing Period, a final statement shows your total winnings for that Period. When you win a prize over £1,000.00 GBP you will be notified immediately by someone from our Member Support Team.

We guarantee to pay all winnings due to members subject to these winnings being paid to us by the National Lottery operator. We collect winnings on your behalf and forward them to you using your preferred method: by cheque in the post, by StormPay, by e-gold, by MoneyBookers or by Click2Pay. We do not deduct any processing or handling fees from your prize money.

We respect your right not to have your name publicised in association with a lottery win. We will not make your name public without your written permission.
